January/February Eventing News

Event News – January / February 2016

Our offices re-opened on 11 January and we got stuck into the last 2 weeks of January with doing all the final arrangements and logistics for the Sustainable Settlement Innovation Summit (SSIS) for the WC Department of Environmental & Development Planning. (DEADP)

These types of conferences are our passion so it was great to be a part of this summit and to be involved with all the activities.

1 & 2 February
had arrived and the summit was in full swing at Hotel Verde – the greenest hotel in Africa. This is the most beautiful hotel with the friendliest of staff. The conference was opened by MEC Anton Bredell and the 2 days saw some very interesting topics and speakers with 2 speakers from the UK. Delegates who attended were from the departments of WC DEADP & Human Settlements, The City of Cape Town, various municipalities and private companies.
